Week In Rewind With Midwest Life And Style
Hello, friends! Happy Saturday and Happy Mother’s day weekend to all of the amazing and hard-working moms. It’s true that moms don’t get days off, but I hope you find some time to enjoy a bit of R&R and get to spend your special day surrounded by the ones you love.
It was a bit of a quiet week on the blog and my social channels but I did manage to share one new post, AND I have some exciting things to share with you that are coming up next week.

Tidbits From Home
The end of the school year is just a few weeks away. Which means we’re in full-on survival mode here at MWLS as we try to juggle an extra hectic calendar.
I’m sure my teacher friends and fellow parents of school-aged kiddos can relate.
Because of that, there wasn’t much new happening at home this week.
Last weekend the rain cleared off long enough for the girls and I to plant a few flowers and start sprucing up the front porch.
This week we were back to rainy and gloomy, so this short video clip seemed fitting. But things are finally blooming and greening up here, so the rain isn’t all bad.
My Favorite Finds
I purchased this dress for my daughter’s dance recital next month. It comes in 10 different colors and is perfect for graduation and wedding season.
This romper is super cute and currently in my shopping cart. I just need to decide which color to get!
And I’m still crushing on this initial pendant necklace. My birthday and our wedding anniversary are both next month, so it’s going on my wish list.
