4th of July Traditions
Next to Christmas, the 4th of July is my favorite holiday! Every year for the 4th, we return to my small, home town to celebrate with family. There is an ice cream social on the courthouse lawn. A parade with fire trucks, tractors, and floats throwing candy. Family events like a pancake feed, turtle races, and fun runs. And, of course, the big fireworks display at dark!
Even though we won’t be celebrating at home, I’ve still enjoyed sharing over on my Instagram how I’m adding touches of red, white, and blue to my decor this summer.
