Baked Pumpkin Donuts

Sprinkled with just a hint of cinnamon and sugar, these baked pumpkin donuts are light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

● Eggs                         ● Brown Sugar ● Milk                         ● All-Purpose Flour ● Vegetable Oil         ● Salt ● Unsalted Butter    ● Baking Soda ● Vanilla Extract      ● Ground Cinnamon ● Pumpkin Puree     ● Pumpkin Pie Spice ● Granulated Sugar ● Nutmeg

For The Donuts

Ingredients

● Unsalted Butter, Melted ● Granulated Sugar ● Ground Cinnamon

For The Cinnamon-Sugar Topping

Preheat Oven

Mix The Batter

Preheat your oven to 350℉ and grease donut pan while you prepare the batter. 

Beat egg until fluffy. Then stir in milk, oil, butter and vanilla. Add the pumpkin puree.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Add both sugars and cream together with the wet ingredients. 

In a different bowl, combine the rest of the dry ingredients.

Pipe The Donuts

Bake And Top

Combine all ingredients until mixed. Pour batter into a plastic bag. Snip off corner   and pipe batter into donut cup

Bake until golden brown. Let cool. The brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
