Summer Taco Salad

This recipe for Summer Taco Salad is a crowd-pleaser! Made with crisp lettuce, taco meat, crushed nacho cheese Doritos, and a zesty Italian dressing, it's the perfect summer meal or side dish!

Ingredients

● Ground Beef ● Taco Seasoning ● Iceberg Lettuce ● Light Red Kidney Beans ● Tomatoes ● Shredded Cheddar or Mexican     Cheese ● Nacho Cheese Chips ● Italian Dressing

Cook Meat

Prep Veggies

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning

Chop tomatoes and lettuce. Rinse and drain kidney beans

Toss Salad

Add Meat/Chips

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, beans and cheese in mixing bowl

Top with taco meat and crushed chips. Add dressing. Mix and serve.
