Made with crisp Romaine lettuce, tender chicken, fresh shredded Parmesan cheese, al dente pasta, and tossed in a creamy dressing, bowtie chicken Caesar salad is the perfect summer salad recipe.
Cook chicken as directed on packaging until no longer pink. When cool, cube and set aside.
While chicken cools, cook farfalle pasta until al dente (about 15 minutes). When done, drain and let cool.
Rinse and chop lettuce. Add the lettuce to a large salad bowl. Stir in the cubed chicken, pasta, cheese, almonds, and croutons.
Toss with desired amount of Caesar salad dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
*Note: recipe cook and prep time excludes time to cook the chicken breasts. You can also substitute rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked grilled chicken breast strips in place of the cubed chicken breasts.
