Ingredients
1cupunsalted butter, melted
1 ½cupssour cream
1cancreamed corn, undrained(15 ounces)
1canwhole kernel corn, undrained(15 ounces)
2boxesJiffy cornbread mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉ and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour into a large mixing bowl and combine with the sour cream, creamed corn, and whole kernel corn. Do NOT drain the liquid off the corn. Stir to combine.
Gently stir in both boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix into the corn pudding. Mix until well combined.
Pour the corn pudding batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and the center of the corn pudding is set.
