Ingredients
28 ozblocks cream cheese, softened
1teaspoonseasoned salt
½cupchopped green pepper
18 ozcan crushed pineapple, well-drained
½cupchopped green onion (optional)
2cupschopped pecans
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in the seasoned salt, green pepper, onion, drained pineapple, and 1 cup of pecans.
Place the cream cheese mixture on some plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.
