Ingredients
1cupfresh diced pineapple
½ cupdiced yellow bell pepper
½ cupdiced orange bell pepper
1cupdiced Roma tomatoes
¼cupchopped cilantro
¼cupmined red onion
4tablespoonslime juice
¼teapsoonblack pepper
⅛teaspoonsalt
2Tablespoonsdiced jalapeño
Instructions
Core and chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple or 1 cup of canned pineapple.
Dice 1 cup of bell peppers, and one cup of Roma tomatoes. Then chop 1/4 cup cilantro and mince 1/4 cup red onion.
In a small bowl, mix the pineapple, tomatoes, peppers, onions, jalapeño and cilantro. Pour in 4 tablespoons of lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and stir until combined.
You can enjoy the salsa immediately, or you may chill and flavor it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
