Salsa
6lbsfresh tomatoesor can substitute 6 cans (14.5 ozs.) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
½cupMrs. Wages® White Distilled Vinegar
1packetMrs. Wages® Mild or Medium Salsa Mix
Guacamole
2ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1tbspwater or bottled lime juice
1 packetMrs. Wages® Guacamole Seasoning Mix
Pepper Jack Queso
1 packetMrs. Wages® Pepper Jack Queso Mix
1cuplow fat milk
Ranch Dip
1packetMrs. Wages® Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
½cuplow fat milk
1 ½cupslow fat sour cream
The Chips
Choice of chips, including tortilla chips, pita chips, regular potato chips, etc.
Instructions
Make the salsa in advance according to the directions on the back of the Mrs. Wages® packet. *Note, once canned the salsa should sit undisturbed to cool at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
Prepare the other dips according to the directions on the back of each Mrs. Wages® packet.
Spoon the salsa and each of the dips into a serving bowl. Place the bowls on a large board or platter.
